Paychecks may be picked up in our office
on Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Paychecks not
picked up by 4:00 p.m. on Friday will be mailed. Direct
deposit will take place on Fridays. It is your responsibility
to notify RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. of any changes to your mailing address, tax information
or bank account (if you have direct deposit).

An authorized Client representative's
signature approving your hours MUST appear on your timesheet.
Unsigned timesheets will not be processed. No exceptions will
be made.
Always retain a copy of the fax transmittal
confirmation verifying the time and date that your timesheet was
sent in order to guarantee same week pay on timesheets faxed to
RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. payroll department. Original, signed timesheets must be received
by RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. at the completion of each pay week.
Keep one copy of your timesheet for yourself
and give one to your supervisor.
How to complete your timesheet:
A separate timesheet must be submitted for each
assignment worked during the same workweek.
Overtime must be requested by a Client Supervisor
and approved by your RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. Staffing Coordinator in advance.
Carefully total the hours worked. Report time
to the nearest ¼ hour (i.e., .25, .50, .75). Do not include
holiday or lunch time unless those hours were worked, and approved
in advance.
