Benefits for Temporary Associates

RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. provides the following benefits in order to reward the commitment and dedication of our long-term Temporary Associates:

• EIGHT PAID HOLIDAYS
  Associates who have worked an average of 30 hours per week for 3 months are eligible.
• New Year's Day
• Birthday of Martin Luther King
• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day

• 401k PLAN
  Associates who have one year of service with a minimum of 1,000 hours and are at least 21 years old at the time of enrollment are eligible. Enrollment periods are January 1st and July 1st of each calendar year. Ruthi Postow Staffing will match 50% of the first 6% of salary, with a 5-year vesting schedule.
