When you walk through the offices of RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. you will see exceptional people at every desk who are committed, intelligent and dedicated. Our staff is trained to recruit candidates, interview clients, interpret clients' needs and deliver results. Our highly qualified professionals have chosen a demanding career with tremendous responsibilities to our clients, candidates and community.

The two most common observations visitors make are about the staff's positive attitudes and the energetic buzz of the office. Recruiters enthusiastically perform searches; marketers talk with employers, analyze job descriptions and present candidates; and account managers swing into action placing temporary associates with clients.

With all of their responsibilities, we seek well-rounded staff members who also desire to give back to the community. Members of our staff sit on the Greater Washington Board of Trade, Executive Women International and several other organizations in the region. Our staff members have collected business suits for women reentering the workforce; coordinated fundraisers; and delivered toys, clothes and supplies to an emergency drop-in shelter.
