Mary Shaw
General Manager

Mary Shaw knows staffing! She has been managing staffing operations since 1991 when she became a branch manager for a regional staffing company in DC. From the very beginning her passion has been to make sure that she understands and communicates client expectations, and that those expectations are always exceeded. As a result, she has been successful at attracting new clients and cultivating them into long-term business partners. Her calm and confident manner makes clients trust that she has their business needs well in control. And she does!

Mary's years of experience in the DC area handling branch, client-specific, and national operations has provided her with a strong understanding of the unique employment landscape in the Washington metropolitan area. Mary has experience in administrative, accounting, healthcare, creative and legal staffing, as well as human resources outsourcing. She has successfully started 16 new staffing operations. She oversees account development and service delivery at RuthiPostowStaffing.

Mary attended Georgetown University and Syracuse University before settling in the Mid-Atlantic with her husband and rescue puppies. She is a former board member of the Maryland Staffing Association, an alumni recruiter for Syracuse, and is a passionate volunteer and fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
