We don’t ask our clients to settle for almost what they need, but perform dedicated searches to find exactly what they need.

When we commit to filling a position, we take it seriously. No matter how much time or energy it takes, we won't give up until the job is done.

Over 80 % of the people we have placed in permanent positions are either still there or were there for at least two years.

Over 60 % of the people placed in temporary positions are offered permanent positions.

TIME

Our clients’ time is precious and we treat it as such.

We earn our fee by saving our client’s time, energy, and lost productivity by taking the responsibility for the entire screening process. 

We screen for all of the qualities necessary for a successful hire, including the candidate’s interests and goals, professional skills, and experiences. We do not flood our clients with resumes and ask them to do our jobs for us.

We work to send candidates the client as viable and not, “just another person through the door.”

We present candidates who know what they want and are interested in that client’s specific opportunity.

JUDGMENT

We recognize our duty as the client’s representative and work to represent them honestly and positively.

Our clients’ positions require more than skills. Testing alone isn't enough to determine a successful match. We apply judgment and intuitive reasoning to the screening and matching process.

FOLLOW THROUGH

Once the match is made and the candidate is working, we don’t stop but help our clients protect their investment by providing a long-term follow-up service with both the client and new employee.

We all hope every hire is the perfect one, but on those rare occasions when the candidate does not work out, we are here to work with our client until there is a successful employee in place.

For these reasons and others our clients stay with us year after year. Eighty-five percent of our business is repeat business and over half of our new clients come through referrals. In addition, 60% of our clients have been with us since we started the company (2001), and 15% have worked with Ruthi for over 20 years.
