HOW OUR TEMPORARY ASSOCIATES GET PAID
For the convenience of our temporary associates, we do payroll on a weekly basis.
We are committed to getting you paid accurately and on time. In order for us to accomplish that, we must have all of your information and your approved time sheets into our office by 6 P.M. on Fridays.
Your pay is based on the hours submitted on your timesheet and approved by your supervisor.
Our workweek begins on Monday and ends on Sunday.
Timesheets submission
Timesheets are completed online as detailed in your instruction packet. If you need help, contact our office. They must be in our office by 6 P.M. on Friday in order for you to be paid the following week.

- Timesheets must be approved and your hours confirmed by an authorized representative of the client. The approval can be either by a signature faxed into our office or by approval through the timesheet site.
- Unsigned or unapproved timesheets will not be processed. No exceptions will be made.
- Print and keep one copy of your timesheet for yourself and give one to your supervisor.
- A separate timesheet must be submitted for each assignment worked during the same workweek.
- Overtime must be requested by a client supervisor and approved by your staffing coordinator in advance in order to be paid.

YOUR PAYCHECK
Paychecks may be picked up in our office on Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Paychecks not picked up by 4:00 p.m. on Friday will be mailed.
DIRECT DEPOSIT
Direct deposit is available to you. Deposits are made on Fridays. It is your responsibility to notify RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. of any changes to your mailing address, tax information or bank account for direct deposit.
