  • We screen hundreds of candidates every week in order to select those who will be successful with our clients. Then we work to establish strong relationships and exclusive representation with those candidates.
  • We perform intensive in-person interviews with the candidates to determine their professional interests as well as the skills that will be matched to the organization's needs and goals.
  • Once we identify a match between a candidate and a position with our client, we talk it through.
  • We discuss the pros and cons of the match openly with both candidate and client, giving all of the information we have gleaned in our process. Then if both agree as to the strong potential for a good fit, we set up a personal interview.
