Each position has its own growth track based on productivity, tenure, and interest.

  • Account Executive, Permanent Division performs both business-to-business sales and recruiting. The AEs are the experts on the market trends as they interact with both clients and candidates in managing the staffing process. The candidate for this position must be a college graduate with professional services experience (sales preferred), must be highly intuitive and goal driven.
  • Account Manager, Temporary Division interacts with both clients and candidates; interviews and hires temporary associates; develops relationships with clients to grow the business. Managing the fast-moving business for multiple clients simultaneously, the AMs quickly become experts on the industry.
  • Business Developer performs business-to-business sales to develop clients, then consults with the clients and manages the hiring process. The business developers learn the market, attending business events and becoming involved in the business life of Washington.
  • Principal is on a management track. RuthiPostowStaffing, Inc. recognizes the challenge of growing into totally new areas and provides a track to allow our valued employees to "try-on" a new role while continuing to earn the rewards of their proven specialties. The Principals learn to hire, mentor and manage a team, while continuing to sell and build their own reputations as Account Executives or Business Developers.
  • Manager is fully responsible for a profit center, hiring, managing and growing the business.
