David Thomas Francis Greenlaw

David Thomas Francis Greenlaw seems more like a name for a priest than a businessman, but Dave is no priest. He’s a thrill seeker who counts as one of his greatest experiences, “bungee jumping in the Grand Canyon. I've always been a thrill seeker and to be able to not only bungee jump but to do it at the Grand Canyon was amazing.”

Dave grew up in Fairport, New York, near Rochester. From there he went to SUNY Brockport for degrees in psychology and business administration with a concentration in marketing.

He chose staffing because, “I sort of fell into the staffing business. Having a psychology degree and a business degree, I had always thought going into recruiting or some sort of human resources role would make sense, but out of college my first job was in sales. I found I was good at it, and I enjoyed it. In staffing I get to match my passion for sales (as a business developer) with my interest in recruiting and helping people. It's a win, win.”

What is your favorite part of this job?  My favorite part of the job is the satisfaction of not only helping a client fill a critical position which helps their business, but also getting someone to work! We really do impact the lives of others in this business, whether it be helping an organization or getting someone to work, and that is something I will never take for granted.

Favorite quote? "When tomorrow comes, today will be gone forever. Do not forget the price you paid for it."

Favorite book? "Perks of Being a Wallflower" or "Catcher in the Rye"

In a movie about your life, who would play you?  Obviously Brad Pitt or Jake Gyllenhaal.
