Jenni joined RuthiPostowStaffing as a manager in 2003 and made things happen -- fast. First she worked closely with Ruthi to expand the business in permanent staffing. Then Jenni developed a new temporary division in August 2003 and led it to become one of the premier temporary staffing services in the region. So, before her first anniversary, Jenni had added a new division and doubled the revenues of the company. She had also become a partner in RuthiPostowStaffing.
Jenni is determined, direct, a risk-taker, and she is not the type of person to take no for an answer. Her favorite rules to break include disobeying the signs that say ‘keep out’ and going down the slope that says ‘slope closed.’ (We have her insured.)
Jenni started her career in California where she moved quickly from business development to opening a new biotechnology division and managing a multi-office healthcare business. In only eight years, Jenni created an impressive record of successes. As a skilled and innovative business developer, she broke company records in earnings and production; as a manager, she drove her division to record production in one arena then she successfully opened a new division in biotechnology, without prior experience in that field. She also managed a successful temporary agency for two years.
This same attitude and drive has led Jenni to great accomplishments in her personal life, like participating in the Honolulu Marathon "Race for the Cure" and raising money for Leukemia. She spearheaded RuthiPostowStaffing’s eco-efforts with such projects as a clean-up day at the tidal basin, and a fundraiser for Casey Trees.
Jenni gets it all done while raising her daughter, Kylie, her son, Owen, and new addition Rosie, the King George Spaniel. And she still has time for yoga.

She speaks seven languages and has travelled all over the world meeting the most fascinating people. She is almost 90 years old and still the most captivating person I know.
What is your favorite sport? Hockey. I love it when they fight.
On what occasion do you lie? Never, to the displeasure of everybody I know.
What is your motto? Is it fear or is it real?
List three things you're afraid of. Dying, jelly fish, and living an average life
If you were to arrive at the pearly gates (Heaven) what would you want Saint Peter to say to you? “Everything you have learned in this lifetime can be applied.”
Superstitions? I do things in groups of five. Four is an unlucky number. I also don’t walk under ladders.
